Given the end of the licensing permit, the existing buildings were dismantled, released by the Federal Agency for Nuclear Control and demolished. The first phase of the demolition involved the demolition of building H, which got a free release by the Fanc. After performing the demolition works, the released area was returned as a green field.
Building H and its extension had an area of +/- 2.111,7 m². The Building had concrete prefabricated columns and slabs with walls and roof in cellular concrete panels.
The cladding at the front façade existed in profiled steel plates.
