Tractebel and NRG|PALLAS join forces to support nuclear new-build in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, Tractebel and NRG|PALLAS formed the N3 alliance to accelerate nuclear new build in the country. It offers the following services:

• Licensing & permitting: Safety studies (PSA, DSA), (P)SAR preparation and/or review, Risk modelling, Industrial safety risk management, Airplane Crash studies, License application preparation, Environmental Impact Assessments
• Programme management: Development of operating organization, Procurement Management, Scoping, Design control, Configuration management, Supply chain qualification and capacity assessment, Liaison function EZK and EPZ
• Siting studies: Site suitability assessment, Geotechnical & seismic analysis, Technical Feasibility Studies
• Construction: Construction and commissioning oversight
• Design & Engineering: Basic Design Nuclear Island and BoP, Basic and Detailed Design of civil engineering, Equipment qualification, Fuel cycle analysis, Waste management design, Radiation protection, BIM, digital twins, Fire protection
