14 May 2018

United Arab Emirates’ first Tier III certified Modular Data Centre Complex is inaugurated. RED, a company of Tractebel, is part of this great achievement.

Dubai International Airport’s Modular Data Centre Complex has just been inaugurated. It is the first Tier III certified data centre of this kind in the United Arab Emirates. RED, a company of Tractebel, was in charge of design and supervision services.

The facility was built as part of a large data centre complex which will provide high-level resilience and availability to support Dubai International Airport’s critical operations and to host its private cloud. It was designed, procured, built, manufactured, tested and commissioned in 407 days. A great achievement for Dubai International Airport’s and for RED’s team!
