Present in Mexico since 2017, Tractebel has been working on projects that converge with the constant search of the country: the expansion of the supply of renewable energies. The first project developed by us in Mexico was Tres Mesas 3, a wind farm located in Tamaulipas, in the northeast region of the country, with the capacity of 51.8 MW, which is enough to supply energy to a population of approximately 40 thousand families. The construction of three brine dams, which enable the storage of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in the city of Coatzacoalcos, is also one of the projects conducted by Tractebel. In addition to benefiting the local community, these projects will promote the supply of clean renewable energy to Mexico's National Interconnected System. With a multidisciplinary team, Tractebel has the expertise to develop projects specialized in hydro, infrastructure, renewable power plants (solar and wind), cogeneration and combined cycle plants.
