The Challenge
The medium-voltage installations at the TotalFeluy Petrochemicals site required a detailed rehabilitation plan to replace obsolete systems while ensuring uninterrupted production.
The Solution
Tractebel provided a full suite of engineering services, including project management, network modelling, short-circuit and arc flash calculations, motor and transformer switch-on analysis, electrical and civil design for the new substation, and CAPEX cost estimation. We also supported tender preparation, evaluation, and supervised construction and commissioning.
The Impact
The modernization enables TotalFeluy to maintain operational continuity while preparing the site for future green energy production and new industrial installations.
