The Challenge

Romania’s Justice District Project aims to consolidate and modernize key judicial institutions within Bucharest, creating a centralized hub for justice and transparency. The ambitious initiative includes facilities for the Bucharest Court of Appeal, Tribunal, Courts for Sectors 1-6, Ministry of Justice, Prosecutors’ Offices, and several national judicial organizations. Spanning approximately 178,000 square meters above ground and 90,000 square meters underground, the project incorporates diverse functions, three basement levels, parking for up to 2,400 vehicles, and other specialized facilities.
