With a presence of 70 years in the Czech Republic, Tractebel has executed many successful projects in the chemical industry, refining & petrochemicals, gas pipelines and power generation. In 1992, Tractebel acquired the design-engineering organization CHEMING, a respected Czech company founded in 1952 and focused on the chemical and industrial sectors. In 2009, CHEMING was rebranded as Tractebel.
